RefectoCil Saline Solution is a cleansing liquid for eyelashes and eyelids used before coloring or permanent treatments. Thanks to the physiological salt contained in the preparation, cleansing the eyelashes and eyelids is gentle and does not cause irritation.

How to use:

Soak a cotton pad with RefectoCil Saline Solution and then gently wipe it over your eyelids, eyelashes and eyebrows.
