DIVES med. – L-carnitine is a monococktail based on highly concentrated L-Carnitine designed for optimizing lipolytic and body shaping therapies. L-carnitine is a compound necessary for the energetic metabolism of fatty acids and a strong metabolite that accelerates the burning of fat tissue. The best-known function is the transport of long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria for beta-oxidation. This accelerates and maximizes the effects of lipolysis. L-carnitine is also a strong antioxidant with the ability to stabilize biological membranes. Moreover, it is a compound that actively participates in the removal of toxins from the body. Its detoxifying effect results from the ability to chelate heavy metals, which, after binding to L-carnitine, are excreted from the body.
