Radiesse Lidocaine

is a filler developed on the basis of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier with a high water content. It is biocompatible, which means that it is not necessary to perform allergy tests before the procedure. CaHA and its components – calcium and phosphorus – naturally occur in human tissues.

Fibroblast stimulation

Thanks to the gel carrier, the filling effect is visible immediately after the treatment. Over time (after about 4 months), the gel is absorbed by macrophages and disappears, and its place is taken by new collagen produced by fibroblasts.

Collagen synthesis

The production of new collagen takes place around microparticles of calcium hydroxyapatite, which create a “scaffold” in the tissues and are a specific factor stimulating the production of collagen fibers. Thanks to this, the skin naturally becomes thicker and more elastic.
