RefectoCil coloring dye in tone 0 was created to lighten eyebrows. The manufacturer guarantees full resistance to washing. An additional advantage is the ease of application and no smudging effect. After coloring with RefectoCil henna, eyebrows are intensely highlighted and the color remains durable for up to 6 weeks.

How to use:

• Mix henna with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% in a 1:1 ratio until a uniform consistency is obtained.
• Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes, then wait 10 minutes.
