RefectoCil was created for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes. The manufacturer guarantees full resistance to washing. An additional advantage is the ease of application and no smudging effect. Eyebrows and eyelashes colored with RefectoCil henna are intensely highlighted, and the color remains lasting up to 6 weeks.

Application:

• eyebrow and eyelash coloring
• coloring effect up to 6 weeks,
• full coverage of gray and light hair,
• shade: black and blue,
• for all skin types.

How to use:

• Mix henna with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% in a 1:1 ratio until a uniform consistency is obtained.
• Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes, then wait 10 minutes.
• After the set time, rinse the preparation thoroughly.
