Anti-aging

The treatment is recommended for people with signs of skin aging, discoloration and loss of firmness. The therapy is an anti-aging treatment, it has a regenerating effect on the skin, improving its density, elasticity and tension.

Usage:

1. Collect blood from a vein into PRP tubes. Mix each tube at least 8 times so that the blood is thoroughly mixed with the anticoagulant.
2. Thoroughly clean and disinfect the treatment area.
3. Put the PRP tubes into the centrifuge, set the time to 8 minutes and the speed to 2300 RPM.
4. After centrifuging the PRP tubes, platelet-poor plasma (PPP) constitutes 2/3 of the upper part, 1/3 of the middle layer is platelet-rich plasma (PRP), in which platelets are suspended, the lower part is erythrocytes.
5. Place a 21G x 40mm needle in the side wall of the PRP test tube cap to remove the vacuum, then place a 20G x 70mm needle with a 5ml syringe vertically in the central part of the cap. The end of the needle should be at the edge of the sheepskin coat. Using a circular swirl motion, collect the “buffy coat” and plasma. Unscrew the needle and secure the syringe with the Combi Stopper. Repeat the operation with the second test tube.
6. To ensure even distribution of platelets, mix the material in the syringe by gently rotating it up and down for about 30-60 seconds.
7. Remove the Combi Stopper from the syringe and connect it to a 30G x 4mm or 30G x 13mm needle.
8. Administer plasma to the indicated areas. From the moment of centrifugation, plasma should be administered within a maximum of 20 minutes.
